The NIK Collection is a powerful and free set of software applications that integrate with Photoshop to offer you a number of options for processing your digital photos.

Color-correction, sharpening, noise reduction, and amazing processing tools offer you a range of technical and creative options for presenting your best shots.

This workshop will introduce you to each of the NIK Collection's modules. Beginning with the technical modules, we'll explore options for noise-reduction and image sharpening with the Dfine and Sharpener Pro modules.

Next, we'll explore the more creative modules, learning the basics of tonal adjustments in Viveza, and then we'll dive into the three most-popular of the collection, working with Analog Efex Pro, Color Efex Pro, and Silver Efex Pro.

There are so many options available, and they can be as simple as pushing a button, or as complex as you like, by learning more of the finer controls. This is such cool software.

Requirements

A laptop or desktop with all cables and equipment necessary for the workshop.

An up-to-date version of Photoshop through the Adobe Creative Cloud.

If possible, you should download and install the Nik Collection.
